OUT OF THE SHADOWS

Once I started reading this, I couldn't stop. A great story line that keeps you hanging on until the end, when everything is nicely wrapped up. If you like the supernatural, hauntings or something a bit different, then you'll love this. Very well written.

REPERCUSSIONS

Excellent story, would make a good tv drama I think.  Looking forward to the next book once more

WHISPER OF THE PAST

I picked this up on a recommendation from friend, and I am glad I did. The story is intriguing enough to keep you turning the pages, whilst the building relationship between Ella and her carpenter (:D ) weaves nicely in with the plot and point of the book, without overshadowing it and making it "just chick-lit".

The author obviously knows her stuff regarding the subject of the story, and it comes through well. It is an easy, enjoyable read, and certain to make me read more by her.

DISTANT LAUGHTER

I really enjoyed reading this book. The story is based around village life in 1950's England. It has interesting characters and charming storyline. I'm looking forward to reading more of Anthea's books.

THE THURSDAY GROUP

This book felt like having a good old chat with friends. The characters were so well drawn that by the end I was sad to leave them. After a busy week it was lovely to sit at the weekend and relax into a story that warmed my heart and helped me want what I have rather than have what I want.
I finished this book in one indulgent sitting and then gave my husband a great big hug!
I found the author's writing style reminded me of Maeve Binchy! I was so impressed I immediately downloaded her other ebook and made a request to the publisher for her paperbacks to be made available in eformat.
